Your Role:
As our System Administrator specializing in cloud resources, you’ll join our tech-forward journey, and ensure that our cloud infrastructure is robust, secure, and scalable. You ‘ll be the backbone of our IT infrastructure, focusing on Active Directory, Azure Cloud, and Azure DevOps. You’ll ensure seamless, secure operations of our cloud-based systems, enabling our teams to develop and deploy groundbreaking energy management solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and maintain our cloud environment (IaaS and PaaS) and containerization services, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Administer Active Directory including user/group management, policies, and security settings, as well as Office 365 applications (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange Online),
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to support CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal infrastructure uptime and reliability and optimize costs and performance
- Implement and manage cloud security policies and tools to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Stay abreast of the latest cloud technologies and trends, recommending improvements to our cloud strategy.
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in managing cloud environments, particularly Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, CI/CD principles and infrastructure as code (IaC) approach.
- Proven experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Azure Kubernetes Service) deployment and management
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Office 365 administration.
- Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and tools.
- A problem-solving mindset and a passion for clean, efficient, and maintainable infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
- A curious and innovative spirit, eager to contribute to the evolution of smart energy solutions.
