His expertise spans system architecture, full stack development, and cloud implementations, for B2B, B2C and IoT solutions.

His journey began with pioneering SCADA systems and introducing the Object Interaction Diagram in the 1990s. Progressing to contemporary IoT solutions that utilize cloud services, data science, and digital twins for advanced smart grid management, Kyriakos is proven of successfully handling innovative technology, leading cross-functional teams worldwide and applying rigorous software engineering principles to deliver pragmatic solutions that synergize industrial innovation with academic insights.

His strong background includes IoT platforms, smart grid technologies, distributed systems, cloud integration, data engineering, machine learning, billing systems, and digital twins. Currently being passionately engaged with the cloud transformation and cyber-physical systems emerging technologies in the smart grid domain, he applies a holistic approach with emphasis on the software engineering process to produce solutions that overcome the traditional problems of heterogeneous environments and break down the barriers posed by data silos.
